Common use of Position Clause in Contracts

Position. Executive is employed as President and Chief Executive Officer and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company’s Board of Directors, as may be reasonably assigned from time to time. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion.

Position. Executive is employed as Chief Executive Officer of the Company, reporting to the Company’s board of directors. The duties and responsibilities of Executive shall include the duties and responsibilities for the direct supervision, direction and control of the Company’s day-to-day operations and those otherwise customarily associated with the position of President and Chief Executive Officer and Office of a corporation. The Executive shall have the perform such duties and responsibilities assigned as from time to time may be prescribed for him by the Company’s Board board of Directorsdirectors, as may in all cases to be reasonably assigned from time to time. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves the right to modify consistent with Executive’s duties at any time in its sole corporate offices and absolute discretionpositions.

Position. Executive is employed as President and Chief Executive Officer and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by Company at the Company’s Board of Directors, present date and as may be reasonably assigned from time to time. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s position and duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, provided that the duties assigned are consistent with the position of a senior executive and that Executive continues to report directly to the Chief Executive Officer or the Board of Directors of Company.

Position. Executive is employed as President and Company’s Chief Executive Financial Officer and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company’s Board of Directors, as may be reasonably assigned from time to timeChief Executive Officer. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s position and duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion.

Position. Executive is employed as President and Chief Executive Officer and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by Company at the Company’s Board of Directors, present date and as may be reasonably assigned from time to time. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s position and duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, provided that the duties assigned are consistent with the position of a senior executive and that Executive continues to report directly to the Chief Executive Officer or the Board of Directors of Company.

Position. Executive is employed as President Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer Corporate Secretary and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company’s 's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Board of Directors, Directors both upon initial hire and as may be reasonably assigned from time to time. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s 's position and duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion.

Position. Executive is employed as by the Company to render services to the Company in the position of President and Chief Executive Officer and Officer. Executive shall have the perform such duties and responsibilities as are normally related to such position in accordance with the standards of the industry and any additional duties now or hereafter assigned to Executive by Executive’s supervisor and/or the Company’s Board of DirectorsDirectors (“Board”) (“Services”). Executive shall abide by the rules, regulations, and practices as may be reasonably assigned adopted or modified from time to timetime in the Company’s sole discretion. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves the right to modify will devote Executive’s duties at any full time in its sole and absolute discretionefforts to the provision of Services under this Agreement.

Position. Executive is employed as President Company’s Executive Vice President, and Chief Executive Technology Officer and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company’s Board of Directors, as may be reasonably assigned from time to timeChief Executive Officer. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s position and duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion.

Position. Executive is employed as President Chairman of the Board of Directors ("CHAIRMAN") and Chief Executive Officer and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by the ("CEO") of Company’s Board of Directors, as may be reasonably assigned from time to time. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. The Board of Directors of Company ("BOARD") reserves the right to modify Executive’s 's position and duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, provided that the duties assigned are consistent with the position of Chairman and CEO.

Position. Executive is employed as by the Company to render services to the Company in the position of President and Chief Executive Officer and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company’s Board of Directors, as may be reasonably assigned from time to timeOfficer. Executive shall perform faithfully such duties and diligently all duties responsibilities as are normally related to such position in accordance with the standards of the industry and any additional duties, consistent with the position of President and Chief Executive Officer, now or hereafter assigned to ExecutiveExecutive by the Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”). Executive shall abide by Company reserves rules, regulations, and practices as adopted or modified from time to time by the right to modify Executive’s duties at any time Board in its sole and absolute discretion.

Position. Executive is employed as President and Chief Executive Officer Operating Officer, and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company’s Board of Directors, Directors as may be reasonably assigned from time to time. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s position and duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion.

Position. Executive is employed as President and Chief Executive Officer [TITLE], and shall continue to have the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) or the Board of Directors, Directors (“Board”) and as may be reasonably assigned from time to time. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s position and duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion.

Position. Executive is employed as President and Company’s Chief Executive Operating Officer and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by responsibilities, commensurate with the CompanyExecutive’s Board of Directorsposition, as may be reasonably assigned from time to timetime by Company’s Chief Executive Officer, to whom Executive shall report. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s position and duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion.

Position. Executive is employed as President and Chief Executive Officer CEO and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company’s Board of Directors (“Board of Directors, ”) both upon initial hire and as may be reasonably assigned from time to time. Executive is employed as President and Chief Executive Operations Officer and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company’s Board of DirectorsChief Executive Officer, as may be reasonably assigned from time to time. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion.

Position. Executive is employed as President and Chief Executive Financial Officer and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company’s Board of DirectorsChief Executive Officer, as may be reasonably assigned from time to time. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion.

Position. Executive is employed as President and Chief Executive by the Company to render services to the Company in the position of Corporate Officer and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company’s Board Vice President of Directors, as may be reasonably assigned from time to timeBusiness Development. Executive shall perform faithfully such duties and diligently all responsibilities as are normally related to such position in accordance with the standards of the industry and any additional duties now or hereafter assigned to ExecutiveExecutive by the Company. Company reserves Executive shall abide by the right rules, regulations, and practices as adopted or modified from time to modify Executive’s duties at any time in its the Company’s sole and absolute discretion. Executive shall report to the Company President. In the event that there is no President the Executive will report to the Board of Directors of the Company.

Position. Executive is employed as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company (the “Position”), and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company’s Board of Directors, as may be reasonably assigned from time to timetime by Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”). Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all those duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion.

Position. Executive is employed as President and Chief Executive Strategy Officer of Company, and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company’s Board of Directors, set forth on Exhibit B and such other comparable duties as may be reasonably assigned by the Company's Chief Executive Officer from time to time. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s 's duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion. Executive shall also serve as the Chief Executive Officer of CynergisTek.

Position. Executive is employed as President and Company’s Chief Executive Financial Officer and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company’s Board of Directors, as may be reasonably assigned from time to timePresident and Chief Executive Officer. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s position and duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion.

Position. Executive is employed as Company’s President and Chief Executive Technology Officer and shall have the authority, duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company’s Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) both upon initial hire and as may be reasonably assigned from time to time. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein (including, but not limited to, the terms and conditions set forth in subsection 7.2 below) Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s position and duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion.

Position. Executive is employed as President and Chief Executive Officer Officer, and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company’s Board of Directors, Directors as may be reasonably assigned from time to time. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s position and duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion.

Position. Executive is employed as President and Chief Executive Officer and shall have the duties and responsibilities reasonably assigned to Executive from time to time by the Company’s Board of Directors, as may be reasonably assigned from time to timeDirectors (the “Board”). Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. The Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s position and duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, except that any material diminution in Executive’s duties shall be subject to Section 7.3(ii).

Executive shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by as set forth on the Company’s Board of Directorsattached job description, as may be reasonably assigned amended by Company from time to time. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s position and duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion.

Position. Executive is employed as President and in an executive capacity reporting directly to Company’s Chief Executive Officer and shall have the having such duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company’s Board of Directors, as may be reasonably assigned by Company from time to time. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s position and duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion.”

Position. Executive is employed as President and Chief Executive Officer and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company’s Executive Chairman and Board of Directors, Directors both upon initial hire and as may be reasonably assigned from time to time. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. The Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s position and duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, except that any material diminution in Executive’s duties shall be subject to Section 7.3(ii) below.

Position. Executive is employed as President and the Company’s Chief Executive Financial Officer and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company’s Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) both upon initial hire and as may be reasonably assigned from time to time. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. The Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s position and duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, subject to Section 7.3 below.

Executive is employed as President Executive Vice President, Legal, General Counsel, and Chief Executive Officer Corporate Secretary and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company’s Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) as may be reasonably assigned to him from time to time. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Subject to Section 7.3, Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretiondiscretion provided that the duties assigned are consistent with the position of Executive Vice President, Legal, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary.

Position. Executive is shall be employed as President Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Chief Executive Officer Treasurer and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company’s Board of Directors, as may be reasonably assigned from time to time. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion.

Position. Executive is employed as President and Chief Executive Officer and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company’s Board of Directors (“Board of Directors, ”) both upon the Start Date and as may be reasonably assigned from time to time. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s position and duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, provided that the duties assigned are consistent with the position of a senior executive and that Executive continues to report to Company’s Board of Directors.

Position. Executive is employed as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Business Officer and Executive Vice-President and Chief Executive Officer and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company’s Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) both upon initial hire and as may be reasonably assigned from time to time. Executive’s initial duties shall include management of Finance/Accounting, IR/PR, IT, Commercial and Corporate Business Development functions. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s position and duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretiondiscretion to meet business needs, subject to subsection 7.3 below.

Position. Executive is employed as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, reporting to the board of directors of the Company (the “Board”). The duties and responsibilities of Executive shall have include the duties and responsibilities assigned by for the direct supervision, direction and control of the Company’s Board operations and business, and be those normally associated with holding the offices of Directors, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. The Executive shall perform such duties as may be reasonably assigned from time to time. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently time may be prescribed for him by the Board, in all duties assigned cases to Executive. Executive is employed as President General Counsel and Chief Executive Officer Secretary and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company’s Board of Directors, Executive Chairman or Chief Executive Officer as may be reasonably assigned from time to time. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. The Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s position and duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, except that any material diminution in Executive’s duties shall be subject to Section 7.3(ii) below.

Position. Executive is employed as President and Chief Executive Officer and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company’s Board of Directors, Company as Chief People Officer and as may be reasonably assigned from time to time. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s 's position and duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, provided that the duties assigned are consistent with the position of a senior executive and that Executive continues to report directly to the CEO or the Board of Directors of Company.

Position. Executive is employed as President and Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company’s 's Board of Directors, Directors both upon initial hire and as may be reasonably assigned from time to time. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s 's position and duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion.

The Board of Directors of Company ("BOARD") reserves the right to modify Executive’s 's position and duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, provided that the duties assigned are consistent with the position of President and CEO.

Position. Executive is employed as Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company’s Board of Directorsas are normally related to such position, as well as such additional duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably assigned by Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) from time to time. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all such duties assigned and responsibilities. Executive shall report to Executive. Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretionBoard.

Position. Executive is employed as Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company’s Board of Directors, as may be reasonably assigned from time to timeChief Executive Officer. Executive is employed as President and Chief Executive Technology Officer and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company’s Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer as may be reasonably assigned from time to time. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s position and duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion.

Position. The Executive is employed shall serve as President the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. The Executive shall enjoy and shall have exercise the powers, duties and responsibilities assigned by normally associated with the Company’s Board of Directors, previously described positions in accordance with customary industry practices. The Executive may also serve in such other capacities and with such other responsibilities and upon such additional terms and conditions as may be reasonably assigned mutually agreed upon from time to time. time by the Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s position and duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion.

Position. Executive is employed as President and Chief Executive Officer of the University and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company’s Board of Directors, Executive Chairman or Chief Executive Officer as may be reasonably assigned from time to time. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. The Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s position and duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, except that any material diminution in Executive’s duties shall be subject to Section 7.3(ii) below.

Position. Executive is employed as President and Company’s Chief Executive Officer and President and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company’s Board of Directors, as may be reasonably assigned from time to timeBoard. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. The Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s position and duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, except that any material diminution in Executive’s duties shall be subject to Section 7.3(ii).

In addition, Executive shall serve as the sole officer and sole manager of the Company’s wholly-owned limited liability companies that carry on the Company’s operations.

Executive is employed as President and Company’s Chief Executive Delivery Officer and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Companyresponsibilities, commensurate with Executive’s Board of Directorsposition, as may be reasonably assigned from time to timetime by Company’s President, to whom Executive shall report. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s position and duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion.

Executive is employed as President and Chief Executive Officer Chairman and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company’s Board of Directors, Directors as may be reasonably assigned from time to time. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Executive is employed as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, President and Chief Executive Officer Chairman of the Board of Directors and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company’s 's Board of Directors ("Board of Directors, ") both upon the Effective Date and as may be reasonably assigned from time to time. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s 's position and duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, provided that the duties assigned are consistent with the position of Chief Executive Officer and that Executive continues to report to the Board of Directors.

Position. Executive is employed as President and Company’s Chief Executive Financial Officer and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by responsibilities, commensurate with the CompanyExecutive’s Board of Directorsposition, as may be reasonably assigned from time to timetime by Company’s Chief Executive Officer, to whom Executive shall report. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s position and duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion.

Position. The Executive is shall be employed as President and the Chief Executive Officer and shall have the duties or such other position of greater status and responsibilities assigned as may be determined by the Company’s Board. If and as elected by the stockholders to the Board of Directors of the Company and if and as elected by the Board to the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors, as may be reasonably assigned from time the Executive agrees to timeso serve. The Executive shall perform faithfully the duties, undertake the responsibilities and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves exercise the right to modify Executive’s duties at any time authority customarily performed, undertaken and exercised by persons employed in its sole and absolute discretiona similar executive capacity.

Executive is employed as President and Chief Executive Information Officer and shall have the duties and responsibilities reasonably assigned to Executive from time to time by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) or Board of Directors, as may be reasonably assigned from time to timeDirectors (the “Board”). Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. The Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s position and duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, except that any material diminution in Executive’s duties shall be subject to Section 7.3(ii).

Executive is employed as President and Chief Executive Operating Officer and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company’s 's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Board of Directors, Directors both upon initial hire and as may be reasonably assigned from time to time. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s 's position and duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion.

Position. Executive is employed as President and Company's Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors with a and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company’s 's Board of Directors, Directors both upon initial hire and as may be reasonably assigned from time to time. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s 's position and duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion.. Further, Executive is employed as President and Chief Operating Officer of The Mayo Group, Inc. a subsidiary of the Company and a and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company's Chief Executive Officer and attached in Exhibit B.

Position. Executive is employed as President CEO, CFO, Treasurer and Chief Executive Officer Secretary and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company’s Board of Directors, 's President both upon initial hire and as may be reasonably assigned from time to time. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s 's position and duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, provided that the duties assigned are consistent with the position of a senior executive and that Executive continues to report to the President.

Executive is employed as President and Co-Chief Executive Officer and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by Company at the Company’s Board of Directors, present date and as may be reasonably assigned from time to time. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s position and duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, provided that the duties assigned are consistent with the position of a senior executive and that Executive continues to report directly to the Board of Directors of Company.”

Executive is employed as President Company’s General Counsel and Chief Executive Operating Officer and shall have the authority, duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company’s Board of DirectorsChief Executive Officer (“CEO”), both upon initial hire and as may be reasonably assigned from time to time. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein (including, but not limited to, the terms and conditions set forth in subsection 7.2 below) Company reserves the right to modify Executive’s position and duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion.

Executive is employed as Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by responsibilities, commensurate with the CompanyExecutive’s Board of Directorsposition, as may be reasonably assigned from time to timetime by Company’s Chief Executive Officer, to whom Executive shall report.
