Domestic Relations Order. Any judgment, decree or order (including approval of a property settlement agreement) which relates to the provision of child support, alimony payments or marital property rights to a Spouse, former Spouse, child or other dependent of a Participant and is made pursuant to a State domestic relations law (including a community property law).

If a domestic relations order provides for distribution of a benefit payable to an alternate payee, then such distribution shall be made to the alternate payee pursuant to such order regardless of whether the Participant otherwise would be entitled to a distribution from the Account at such time. Nothing in this section shall permit a distribution to the Participant at a time not otherwise permitted under this Agreement or a distribution to an alternate payee in a form of payment not otherwise permitted under this Agreement.
