Vested Account Balance. The aggregate value of the Participant's Vested account balances derived from Employer and Nondeductible Employee Contributions (including rollovers), whether Vested before or upon death, including the proceeds of insurance contracts, if any, on the Participant's life. The provisions of this Section 6.05 shall apply to a Participant who is Vested in amounts attributable to Employer Contributions, Nondeductible Employee Contributions (or both) at the time of death or distribution.

  • Account Balance The Servicer must never allow any Custodial T&I Account to become overdrawn as to any individual related Borrower. If there are insufficient funds in the account, the Servicer must advance its own funds to cure the overdraft.

  • Deferral Account 3.1 Establishing and Crediting. The Company shall establish a Deferral Account on its books for the Director, and shall credit to the Deferral Account the following amounts:
