Yorktown Refinery definition

Yorktown Refinery means the refinery located in or near Yorktown, Virginia, and the land and other real estate appurtenant thereto, owned and operated by Western Refining Yorktown.
Yorktown Refinery means the refinery located in or near Yorktown, Virginia, and the land and other real estate appurtenant thereto, acquired by Giant Yorktown on the Closing Date pursuant to the Yorktown Asset Purchase Agreement.
