Yarmouth is the Town of Yarmouth, a municipal corporation of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The "Yarmouth Board" shall be the Board of Selectmen acting as Sewer Commissioners of the Town of Yarmouth, or its successors.
Yarmouth s Allocable Share” means, for a calendar year, a percentage equal to number of tons of Acceptable Facility Waste delivered by Yarmouth in the immediately preceding calendar year divided by the number of contracted tons (with a term of one year or longer) for the Facility for the immediately preceding calendar year.
