Xxxxxx Release means the Settlement Agreement and Release dated as of October 13, 2014, entered into by Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, M.D., Technical Anesthesia Strategies & Solutions, LLC and the other parties thereto.

  • Work release means a program of partial confinement
