Closing Press Release definition

Closing Press Release has the meaning set forth in Section 5.4(b).

In connection with the preparation of each of the Signing Press Release, the Signing Filing, the Closing Press Release and the Closing Filing, each Party shall, upon written request by any other Party, furnish such other Party with all information concerning itself, its directors, officers and, in the case of Public Company, its equityholders, and such other matters as may be reasonably necessary for such press release or filing.
