Xxxxx Family Committee means the Xxxxx Family Committee established pursuant to the MSG Spinco, Inc. (to be renamed Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp.) Stockholders Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, by and among each of the holders of the Class B Common Stock, as the same may be amended, modified or amended and restated from time to time.

Examples of Xxxxx Family Committee in a sentence

  • Xxxxx may participate in a meeting of the Xxxxx Family Committee by means of conference telephone or similar communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other, and participation in a meeting pursuant to this provision shall constitute presence in person at such meeting.

  • Nomination Committee means the nomination committee of the Board established in accordance with Article 116;
