Stockholders Agreement definition

Stockholders Agreement means the Stockholders Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, by and among the Company and the other parties thereto.

Stockholders Agreement means that certain Amended and Restated Stockholders Agreement dated as of August 2, 2010, among the Company and certain of its stockholders, as the same may be amended or restated from time to time.
