Xxxxx Agreements definition

Xxxxx Agreements means (1) the License Agreement, dated January 20, 1993, by and between Xxxxx and the Company, as amended, (2) the Trademark Agreement, dated January 20, 1993, by and between Genelco S.A. and the Company, as amended, and (3) the Supply Agreement, dated January 20, 1993, between the Company and Xxxxx, as amended.

Xxxxx Agreements means the Stock Purchase Agreement dated September 17, 1997 among X.X. Xxxxx, the Company and Xxxxx together with the Stock Purchase Agreement dated the same between the Company and the Trust. The Xxxxx Agreements are incorporated herein in their entirety by reference and form a part of this Agreement.

Xxxxx Agreements means the collective reference to the Xxxxx Management Agreement and the Security holders Agreement, dated as of February 7, 2003, among Holdings, Xxxxx Investment Associates VI, L.P., KEP VI, LLC, Magnetite Asset Investors III, L.L.C. and the individuals named therein.

Xxxxx Agreements mean collectively the following agreements: (i) that certain Cooperation Agreement dated May 30, 2014, by and among EP Energy E&P Company, L.P., Crystal E&P Company, L.L.C., and Indigo Minerals LLC; (ii) that certain Facilities Use and Production Handling Agreement dated May 30, 2014, by and between EP Energy E&P Company, L.P. and Indigo Minerals LLC; (iii) that certain Gas Sales Agreement dated May 30, 2014, by and between EP Energy E&P Company, L.P. and Indigo Minerals LLC; and (iv) that certain Road Use Agreement dated May 30, 2014, by and among EP Energy E&P Company, L.P., Crystal E&P Company, L.L.C., and Indigo Minerals LLC.

Xxxxx Agreements means the Xxxxx Financial Advisory Services Agreement between the Company and Xxxxx, to be dated on or about the Effective Date, and the Investment Banking Services Agreement relating to the Acquisition between the Company and Xxxxx, to be dated on or about the Effective Date, in each case, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

Xxxxx Agreements means the Loan Agreement, the Loan Note, the ---------------- Liquidity Agreement and any other Related Document to which Xxxxx is a party.

Xxxxx Agreements means collectively, the License Agreement, the Supply Agreement and the Trademark Agreement.

Xxxxx Agreements means the Financial Advisory Agreement, dated as of January 27, 2005, among DLI Holding Corp. and Xxxxx, and the Registration Rights Agreement, dated as of January 27, 2005, among DLI Holding Corp., DLI Holding, LLC and the other parties thereto, in each case, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

Xxxxx Agreements means the following Contracts: (a) letter agreement, dated July 8, 2004, among the Seller, Xxx, Xxxxx and New Media Advertising, Inc. dba Xxxxx Literary Enterprises, Inc. with respect to Xxxxx Literary Enterprises, Inc.’s service as the Xxxxxxx, Xxx, and Linda’s literary agent with respect to a book tentatively titled “We the People’s Step-by-Xxxx Xxxxx to Bankruptcy”; (b) oral agreement, dated on or about July 8, 2004, among the Seller, Xxx, Xxxxx and New Media Advertising, Inc. dba Xxxxx Literary Enterprises, Inc. with respect to Xxxxx Literary Enterprises, Inc.’s service as the Xxxxxxx, Xxx, and Linda’s literary agent with respect to a book tentatively titled “We the People’s Estate Planning Handbook,” the terms and conditions of which are identical to the terms and conditions of the letter agreement identified in Section 1.106(a); and (c) oral agreement, dated on or about September 13, 2004, among the Seller, Xxx, Xxxxx and New Media Advertising, Inc. dba Xxxxx Literary Enterprises, Inc. with respect to Xxxxx Literary Enterprises, Inc.’s service as the Xxxxxxx, Xxx, and Linda’s literary agent with respect to a book tentatively titled “We the People’s Step-by-Xxxx Xxxxx to Divorce,” the terms and conditions of which are identical to the terms and conditions of the letter agreement identified in Section 1.106(a).
