Work Specification definition

Work Specification means the document provided by the Company, which specifies the terms and nature of the Driving Assignment.
Work Specification means appendix No 2 hereto which contains types of works, structure of documentation passed to the Contractor, and special terms and requirements which the Contractor needs to take into account when performing the Works. “Works Milestone” means a portion of Works which may be inspected and accepted by the Customer, and provided for in the Agreement, Design Documentation and stipulated in the Works Schedule (Appendix No 3 hereto). The definitions provided above may be used both in singular and plural form. ARTICLE 2.
Work Specification means any specification in relation to the Services (and where applicable Deliverables and / or the Nucleus Solution) detailed in the Proposal or agreed between calls9 and the Client from time to time including, without limitation, a design specification, functional specification, technical specification or hosting specification;

Related to Work Specification

  • The Specification means the Specification annexed to or issued with G.T.C.C. and shall include the schedules & drawings attached thereto as well as all samples and pattern, if any.
