Wheeling Customer definition

Wheeling Customer means any person or entity to which the District conveys water, other than Nacimiento Project Water, through any Unit.
Wheeling Customer means Electric Power Service Companies, Microgrids, Energy Cooperatives, Municipal Ventures, large scale industrial and commercial consumers and community solar and other demand aggregators that enters into a Power Purchase Agreement with a Retail Energy Supplier or an Independent Power Producer.
