Weekly Budget definition

Weekly Budget is defined in Section 7.1(n).

Weekly Budget means the budget prepared weekly by Borrower, and approved by Lender, setting forth (i) Borrower's income and expense projections for a seven-day period commencing on a Sunday and ending on the following Saturday, and (ii) adjustments or corrections as to income and expense projections contained in the previous Weekly Budget for actual income received and expenses incurred by Borrower. The Weekly Budget must be certified by Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx as being true, accurate and complete, to the bet of their knowledge, exercise in good faith. In the event any of the foregoing persons is no longer employed by Borrower, the certification shall be made by the persons employed by Borrower performing similar functions and duties.

Weekly Budget shall have the meaning given such term in Section 5.07(b).

More Definitions of Weekly Budget

Weekly Budget means the consolidated cash forecast annexed hereto as Schedule 6.19 with respect to each week commencing during the Budget Period, with items corresponding to those in the 13-Week Rolling Forecast and setting forth a "minimum cash balance" for each such week.

Weekly Budget means a line item budget detailing projected cash receipts and disbursements for the Borrowers and their Subsidiaries for a six-month period commencing on Monday of each week and comprised of forecasts for the initial twelve weeks on a weekly basis and for the following three months on a monthly basis and containing a statement of actual cash receipts and disbursements for the prior Budget Periods, in form and substance acceptable to the DIP Administrative Agent.

Weekly Budget means (i) with respect to any calculation determining compliance with subsection 7.16 on or prior to January 31, 2002, the consolidated cash forecast annexed hereto as Schedule 6.19 with respect to each week commencing during the relevant Budget Period, (ii) with respect to any calculation determining compliance with subsection 7.16 after January 31, 2002, the consolidated cash forecast annexed hereto as Schedule 6.20 with respect to each week commencing during the relevant Budget Period. The Weekly Budget shall contain, in each case, items corresponding to those in the 13-Week Rolling Forecast and shall set forth a "minimum cash balance" for each such week.

Weekly Budget and "Operational Expenditure Variance Allowance" contained in clauses (a), (d) and (e) of such subsection; (ii) deleting each of the phrases "Budget Period" and "set forth for such week in the Weekly Budget" contained in clauses (b) and (c) of such subsection and substituting therefor "Budget Periods" and "set forth for the Budget Periods through such week in the Weekly Budgets", respectively; and (iii) deleting the references to "Cash Collateral Account" and "minimum cash balance" contained in clause (e) of such subsection and substituting therefor "Collateral Accounts" and "Ending Cash Balance", respectively.

Weekly Budget means the Budget (including for each of the ADLT Line of Business, the APL Line of Business, the DSI Line of Business, and the VL Line of Business, sales, collections and disbursements) for the Borrowers and DSI, on an aggregated basis, for the applicable week, as reviewed by the Parkland Group or another financial consultant acceptable to Lender Group in its sole discretion.

Weekly Budget means a weekly budget through February 28, 2013 showing anticipated receipts and disbursements.
