Loan Asset means each commercial loan identified on Schedule A hereto, and each commercial loan identified on any Purchase Notice.
Loan Assets means, collectively and as applicable, the Initial Loan Assets, the Substitute Loan Assets and the Additional Loan Assets, as applicable.
Collateral Loan means a loan, debt obligation, debt security or participation therein acquired by the Borrower.

Purchased Loan A motor vehicle retail installment loan relating to the sale of an automobile or light-duty truck originated by a Dealer, purchased by CAC or a subsidiary from such Dealer and evidenced by a motor vehicle retail installment sales contract.
Wet-Ink Mortgage Loan means a Mortgage Loan which any Seller is selling to Buyer simultaneously with the origination thereof and for which the Mortgage Loan Documents have not been delivered to the Custodian.
First Lien Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan secured by a first lien Mortgage on the related Mortgaged Property.
Loan originator The entity that closes a Mortgage Loan in its own name.
Second Lien Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan secured by a second lien Mortgage on the related Mortgaged Property.
PMI Mortgage Loans The list of Mortgage Loans insured by the PMI Insurer attached hereto as Schedule II.
Purchased Mortgage Loans means the collective reference to Mortgage Loans sold by Seller to Buyer in a Transaction hereunder, listed on the related Mortgage Loan Schedule attached to the related Transaction Request, which such Mortgage Loans the Custodian has been instructed to hold pursuant to the Custodial Agreement.

Day Delinquent Mortgage Loan Each Mortgage Loan with respect to which any portion of a Scheduled Payment is, as of the last day of the prior Due Period, three months or more past due (without giving effect to any grace period), including each Mortgage Loan in foreclosure, all REO Property and each Mortgage Loan for which the Mortgagor has filed for bankruptcy.
