Loan Assets definition

Loan Assets means, collectively and as applicable, the Initial Loan Assets, the Substitute Loan Assets and the Additional Loan Assets, as applicable.
Loan Assets has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 8.03(b).
Loan Assets means senior or subordinated loans that may be either fixed or variable rate, including, without limitation, first mortgages, second mortgages, mezzanine loans, repurchase agreements, participations in loans, interim facilities, corporate loans, debt securities, “B” notes and collateralized mortgage-backed securities.

Examples of Loan Assets in a sentence

  • The Originator has not authorized the filing of and is not aware of any financing statements naming the Originator as debtor that include a description of collateral covering the Loan Assets other than any financing statement (A) relating to the security interest granted by the Originator under this Agreement, or (B) that has been terminated or for which a release or partial release has been filed.

  • This Agreement shall effect a valid sale of the Loan Assets from the Originator to the Issuer and upon consummation of such sale, the Issuer will have a perfected interest in such Loan Assets of first priority.

  • No amounts payable in respect of the foregoing shall be paid from the Loan Assets.

Loan Assets means commercial mortgage loans originated or acquired by, and Wholly-Owned, as mortgagee, by Guarantor, Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary.
