Purchased Mortgage Loans definition

Purchased Mortgage Loans means the collective reference to Mortgage Loans together with the Repurchase Assets related to such Mortgage Loans transferred by Seller to Buyer in a Transaction hereunder, listed on the related Mortgage Loan Schedule attached to the related Transaction Request, which such Mortgage Loans the Custodian has been instructed to hold pursuant to the Custodial Agreement.

Purchased Mortgage Loans means the collective reference to Mortgage Loans together with the Repurchase Assets related to such Mortgage Loans transferred by Seller to Administrative Agent for the benefit of Buyers in a Transaction hereunder, and/or listed on the related Asset Schedule attached to the related Transaction Request, the Asset File for which such Mortgage Loans the Custodian has been instructed to hold for the benefit of Administrative Agent pursuant to the Custodial Agreement, and which has not been repurchased by the Seller pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

Purchased Mortgage Loans means the Mortgage Loans sold by Seller to Buyer in a Transaction, any Additional Loans and any Substituted Mortgage Loans.

Examples of Purchased Mortgage Loans in a sentence

• Each Seller Party acknowledges that it has no rights to service the Purchased Mortgage Loans or Contributed Assets, but only has rights as a party to the applicable Servicing Agreement.

• Notwithstanding that multiple Buyers may purchase individual Purchased Mortgage Loans and Contributed Assets subject to Transactions entered into under this Agreement, all Transactions shall continue to be deemed a single Transaction and all of the Repurchase Assets shall be security for all of the Obligations hereunder, subject to the priority of payments provisions set forth in the Administration Agreement.

More Definitions of Purchased Mortgage Loans

Purchased Mortgage Loans means the Mortgage Loans sold by the Seller to Buyer in a Transaction, and any Additional Purchased Mortgage Loans as evidenced by a Confirmation and a Trust Receipt.

Purchased Mortgage Loans. An individual Mortgage Loan, the servicing rights to which have been purchased by the Servicer from the Owner pursuant to the Flow Servicing Rights Purchase and Sale Agreement.

Purchased Mortgage Loans means the collective reference to Pooled Mortgage Loans and Non-Pooled Mortgage Loans that (w) are listed on the Daily Custodian Statement related to the current Transaction, (x) are serviced by the Servicer for the benefit of the Buyer, (y) are held by the Mortgage Loan Custodian pursuant to the Mortgage Loan Custodial and Disbursement Agreement for the benefit of the Buyer and (z) have not yet been transferred back to Seller by Buyer in a repurchase transaction.

Purchased Mortgage Loans shall refer to all Purchased Mortgage Loans under all Transactions.
