WARRANT UNIT definition

WARRANT UNIT is defined in paragraph I of this Agreement. SIGNATURE PAGE
WARRANT UNIT has the meaning ascribed thereto in the A&R Operating Agreement.
WARRANT UNIT means (i) a Common Unit or other capital stock or equity interest of the Company (or its successors) or (ii) upon the occurrence of a Section 4(b) Event, the Substitute Property received in respect of a Common Unit in such Section 4(b) Event by the holders of Common Units, in each case (for purposes of clauses (i) and (ii) hereof) then purchasable upon exercise of this Warrant Certificate in accordance with the terms hereof.

Examples of WARRANT UNIT in a sentence

  • Each Broker Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one Broker Warrant Unit at an exercise price equal to the Offering Price at any time on or before the date that is 36 months after the Closing Date.

  • Each Broker Warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one Unit (each, a "Broker Warrant Unit") at an exercise price equal to the Offering Price at any time on or before the date that is 36 months after the Closing Date.

  • Each Broker Warrant Unit shall be comprised of one common share of the Company (each, a “Broker Share”) and one-half of one Warrant.
