Aggregate Purchase Price The aggregate purchase price for the Notes (the “Aggregate Purchase Price”) shall equal the result of (x) divided by (y), where (x) equals the Aggregate Principal Amount and (y) equals 1.25. Each date upon which a Closing occurs is a “Closing Date”.
Aggregate Principal Amount The aggregate principal amount of the Senior Notes that may be authenticated and delivered under this First Supplemental Indenture shall be unlimited; provided that the Obligor complies with the provisions of this First Supplemental Indenture.
Amount of Purchase Price The purchase price (“Purchase Price”) per Share for each Share which Optionee is entitled to purchase under the Options shall be $2.25 per Share.
Aggregate Net Assets For each Lifecycle Portfolio, Aggregate Net Assets include the net assets of all the JHF II Lifecycle Portfolios and the net assets of all the JHT Lifecycle Trusts. The JHT Lifecycle Trusts are: the Lifecycle 2010 Trust, Lifecycle 2015 Trust, Lifecycle 2020 Trust, Lifecycle 2025 Trust, Lifecycle 2030 Trust, Lifecycle 2035 Trust, Lifecycle 2040 Trust, Lifecycle 2045 Trust and Lifecycle 2050 Trust. Purchase Price Credit Adjustments If on any day:
Cash Purchase Price The term "Cash Purchase Price" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a).
Limitation on Aggregate Principal Amount The aggregate principal amount of the Notes shall not be limited. The Company shall not execute and the Trustee shall not authenticate or deliver Notes except as permitted by the terms of the Indenture.
Funding Amount “Funding Amount” means an amount not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) of tax increment finance revenues to be used for paying the costs associated with the construction, equipping, inspection, and delivery of the Local Public Improvements.
Maximum Total Payment Including the reimbursable expenses shown above (if any), the maximum total payment under this Contract is $ ; this is a not-to-exceed amount, and the District will not pay more than this amount unless specifically agreed to in an amendment executed by the parties.
Adjustment of Purchase Price, Number of Shares or Number of Rights The Purchase Price, the number of Preferred Shares covered by each Right and the number of Rights outstanding are subject to adjustment from time to time as provided in this Section 11.
