  • Clients can decide to run the additional process of digitisation if his/her Device is identified as eligible to a Wallet Providers Service.

  • Counterparty riskThe Issuer will be exposed to the credit risk of a number of counterparties with whom the Issuer transacts, including, but not limited to, the Custodian, the Administrator, Wallet Provider(s), Paying Agents, Market Makers, Authorised Participants, Exchanges.

Related to Wallet Providers

  • Data Providers means pricing vendors, analytics providers, brokers, dealers, investment managers, Authorized Persons, Subcustodians, Depositories and any other Person providing Market Data to the Custodian.

  • Liquidity Providers means, collectively, the Class A Liquidity Provider and the Class B Liquidity Provider.

  • Third Party Providers or “TPPs” means any payment service provider that provides payment services to you or someone else that concerns the Account, for example, an AISP (described in Clause 1(c) below).

  • Service Providers has the meaning set out in Section 9(e).

  • Hub Provider means an entity that (i) provides Common Channel Signaling (SS7) connectivity between the networks of service providers that are not directly connected to each other; or (ii) provides third party database services such as LIDB. The SS7 messages received by Hub Providers are accepted or rejected by the Hub Provider depending on whether a contractual arrangement exists between the Hub Provider and the message originator (sender) and whether the message originator has contracted for the type of SS7 messages being submitted for transmission to the Hub Provider.

  • Providers means individuals or organizations --------- licensed to practice dentistry (including specialists) as well as other dental professionals who provide ancillary reimbursable dental services.

  • Professional Provider means a Physician, Dentist, Podiatrist, Psychologist, Chiropractor, Optometrist or any Provider designated by the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan.

  • Corporate Services Provider means Computershare Trust Company of Canada, a trust company formed under the laws of Canada, as corporate services provider to the Liquidation GP under the Corporate Services Agreement, together with any successor corporate services provider appointed from time to time;

  • Training provider means an organization meeting the eligibility conditions as mentioned in Data Sheet and selected in accordance with the criteria set forth for the purpose.

  • Swap Providers means, collectively, the Asset Swap Providers, the Liability Swap Providers and the providers of any other swap agreements entered into in connection with the Programme;

  • Participating provider means an Administrator Hospital or Professional Provider which has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to participants in the Participating Provider Option program or an Administrator facility which has been designated by the Claim Administrator as a Participating Provider.

  • financial service provider means a person engaged in the business of providing financial services in terms of authorisation issued or registration granted by a financial sector regulator;

  • Non-Participating Provider means a Plan Hospital or Professional Pro­ vider which does not have a written agreement with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to participants in a Participating Provider Option program or a fa­ cility which has not been designated by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois as a Participating Provider.

  • Financial Services Provider means any Lender and any other provider of financial services or products;

  • Services Provider means Owl Rock Capital Corporation, or any successor in such capacity in accordance with the Corporate Services Agreement.

  • Replacement Provider has the meaning set forth in Section II.D.1.

  • Common Service Provider means a person nominated by the ICSDs to perform the role of common service provider;

Features include, but are not limited to, call waiting, 3-way calling, abbreviated dialing (speed calling), call forwarding, and series completing (busy or no answer).
