Vivint Competitor definition

Vivint Competitor means a Person who is engaged in any aspect of the Vivint Business. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing sentence, “Vivint Competitor” excludes those Persons listed on Exhibit A.
Vivint Competitor means any company person, or entity in the business of selling smart home products and services, including, (i) ADT, Xxxx, Simplisafe, Control4, Xxxxx.xxx, Tyco Integrated Security, Protection 1, Inc., Alder Holdings, LLC, AMP Security, LLC (aka AMP Smart), NorthStar Alarm Services, LLC, Protect America, Inc., Xxxxxxx Security Solutions, Inc., Vector Security, Inc., Slomins, Inc., Monitronics International, Inc., Life Alert; and (ii) only with respect to such companies’ alarm and smart home business activities, Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Comcast Corporation, Time Warner Inc., AT&T Inc., Verizon Communications, Inc., DISH Network Corp., DIRECTV, JAB Wireless, Inc., Clearwire Corporation, CenturyLink, Inc., Xxx Communication, Inc. and any of their respective Affiliates and current or future dealers.

Examples of Vivint Competitor in a sentence

  • During the Non-Compete Period, Vivint Solar will not, nor will it permit its other Restricted Parties to, directly or indirectly (in any capacity, including as a direct or indirect owner, partner, member, investor, lender, principal, director, officer, employee, consultant or agent of any other Person and including through contracting with a Vivint Competitor), engage in the Vivint Business anywhere in the world.
