Competitive Services definition

Competitive Services means engaging in the business of commercial and mortgage banking, including, without limitation, originating, underwriting, closing and selling loans, receiving deposits, as well as the business of providing any other activities, products, or services of the type routinely conducted, offered, or provided by Employer as of or during the two years immediately prior to the Date of Termination.
Competitive Services means services competitive with the business activities engaged in by the Company or an Affiliate as of the date of termination of Grantee’s employment for any reason or any earlier date of an alleged breach by Grantee of the restrictions in Section 17 hereof, which include, but are not limited to, the provision of products and services to facilitate or assist with the movement in electronic commerce of payment and financial information, merchant processing, merchant acquiring, credit and debit transaction processing, check guarantee and verification, electronic authorization and capture, terminal management services, purchase card services, financial electronic data interchange, cash management services, and wire transfer services.
Competitive Services means the business of providing post-acute healthcare services to patients through home nursing agencies, hospices, community based/private duty agencies and long-term acute care hospitals.

More Definitions of Competitive Services

Competitive Services means providing commercial and consumer financial products and services that, as of the date of this Agreement or as of the date of termination of employment, as the case may be, are provided to Customers of the Corporation, whether such services are provided directly by the Corporation or by others under a contractual arrangement with the Corporation.
Competitive Services means any specialty protection product or related service or any other business engaged, directly or indirectly, in sales or the provisions of products or services or other activities in competition with the sales, provision of products or services or other activities of the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.

Competitive Services means goods or services competitive with those which during or at the expiry of the Relevant Period the Company or any other member of the Group was supplying or negotiating or actively and directly seeking to supply to a Customer for the purpose of a Relevant Business, but excluding such types of goods or services if they were only provided to persons who indicated unequivocally during the first six months of the Relevant Period that they would not be a customer for the purposes of Clause 18.2 (a)(i);
Competitive Services means services of the type that the Company provided or offered to its customers or partners at any time during the 12 months immediately preceding the last day of Participant's employment with the Company (or at any time during Participant's employment if Participant was employed for less than 12 months), and for which Participant was involved in providing or managing the provision of such services.
Competitive Services means the lines of business and services with which a Participant is actively involved in conducting business on behalf of the Company at the time of a Qualified Termination, to be stated with more specificity in the restrictive covenant agreement required by Section 5.
Competitive Services means any activities engaged in by the Company as of the Date of Termination that relate directly to (a) the distribution of medical supplies, equipment and pharmaceuticals to (i) primary care and other office-based physicians, or (ii) nursing homes, extended care facilities, assisted living facilities, or home care or visiting nurse associations or agencies, or (b) the distribution of medical diagnostic imaging supplies, chemicals, equipment and service to the acute care and alternate care market; provided, however, that Competitive Services shall not include (x) the manufacture of medical supplies, equipment or pharmaceuticals or medical diagnostic imaging supplies, chemicals or equipment (collectively “Medical Products”), (y) the provision of e-commerce or internet services with respect to the dissemination of information or services related to the distribution of Medical Products (but which is not the distribution of Medical Products), or (z) the provision of group purchasing, contract pricing or cost analyses for physicians or medical practices.
