Viral Distribution definition

Viral Distribution means the retransmission or redistribution of an Included Program, either by the Licensee or by the Subscriber, by any method, including, without limitation: (a) peer-to-peer file sharing (as such practice is commonly understood in the online context, (b) digital file copying or retransmission, or (c) burning, downloading or other copying of such Included Program to any removable medium (such as a DVD) from the initial download targeted by the Licensed Service and distributing copies of such Included Program on such removable medium.
Viral Distribution means the retransmission and/or redistribution of an Included Program, either by the Licensee or by the Subscriber, by any method, in a viewable, unencrypted form (other than as expressly allowed herein), including, without limitation, (i) peer-to-peer file sharing as such practice is commonly understood in the online context, (ii) digital file copying or retransmission or (iii) burning, downloading or other copying to any removable medium (such as DVD) from the initial download targeted by the VOD Service (other than as specifically set forth herein in the Usage Rules) and distribution of copies of an Included Program viewable on any such removable medium.
Viral Distribution means the retransmission and/or redistribution of an Included Program, either by the Licensee or by the Customer, by any method, including, but not limited to “peer-to-peer” file sharing as such practice is commonly understood in the online context. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Licensee’s distribution or transmission of Included Programs utilizing “peer-to-peer” file sharing technology shall not be deemed Viral Distribution hereunder; provided, that the “peer-to-peer” network used for such purpose (a) is at all times a closed delivery system controlled by Licensee, and (b) does not import or protect content from untrusted sources.

  • Licensee shall not itself, and shall not authorize any Passenger, to distribute the Included Programs by means of Viral Distribution.


More Definitions of Viral Distribution

Viral Distribution means the retransmission and/or redistribution of an Included Program, either by Amazon or by the Customer, by any method, in a viewable, unencrypted form including, but not limited to: (i) peer-to-peer file sharing as such practice is commonly understood in the online context; (ii) digital file copying or retransmission; or (iii) burning, downloading or other copying of an Included Program to any removable medium (such as DVD) from the initial download targeted by the Service and distribution of copies of an Included Program viewable on any such removable medium.
Viral Distribution means the retransmission and/or redistribution of an Included Program, either by the Google or by the End User, by any method, including, but not limited to: (a) peer-to-peer file sharing as such practice is commonly understood in the online context, (b) digital file copying or retransmission, or (c) burning, downloading or other copying to any removable medium (such as DVD) from the initial download targeted by the YouTube Website and distribution of copies of an Included Program on any such removable medium, but specifically excluding Provider enabled YouTube Embeds pursuant to Section 1.2.1 hereof.
Viral Distribution means the retransmission and/or redistribution of an Included Program, either by the Licensee or by the Customer, by any method, in a viewable, unencrypted form (other than as expressly allowed herein) including, but not limited to: (i) user-initiated peer-to-peer file sharing as such practice is commonly understood in the online context, (ii) digital file copying or retransmission, or (iii) burning, downloading or other copying to any removable medium (such as DVD) from the initial download targeted by the Licensed Service (other than as specifically set forth herein in the Usage Rules) and distribution of copies of an Included Program viewable on any such removable medium.
Viral Distribution means the retransmission and/or redistribution of the Licensed Content, either by the Hulu or by the Customer, by any method, including, but not limited to: (a) peer-to-peer file sharing as such practice is commonly understood in the online context, (b) digital file copying or retransmission, or (c) burning, downloading or other copying to any removable medium (such as DVD) from the initial delivery by a Licensed Service and distributing copies on any such removable medium. For clarity, distribution as set forth in the definitions of ADVOD Authorized Properties and SVOD Authorized Properties, shall not constitute Viral Distribution. All other capitalized terms have the definitions set forth in this Agreement.
Viral Distribution means the retransmission and/or redistribution of an Included Program, either by the Licensee or by the Authorized Subscriber (as permitted by the Licensee), by any method, in a viewable, unencrypted form (other than as expressly allowed herein) including, but not limited to: (i) peer-to-peer file sharing as such practice is commonly understood in the online context, (ii) digital file copying or retransmission, or (iii) burning, downloading or other copying to any removable medium (such as DVD) from the initial download targeted by the Licensed Service (other than as specifically set forth herein in the Usage Rules) and distribution of copies of an Included Program viewable on any such removable medium.
Viral Distribution means the retransmission and/or redistribution of an Included Program, either by the Licensee or by the Customer, by any method, including, but not limited to: (a) peer-to-peer file sharing as such practice is commonly understood in the online context, (b) digital file copying or retransmission, or (c) burning, downloading or other copying to any removable medium (such as DVD) from the initial delivery by the Licensed Service and distributing copies on any such removable medium. For clarity, distribution to permitted third-party websites as set forth in Section 1.16 of the Principal Terms and embedding as set forth in Section 2.4 of the Principal Terms, shall not constitute Viral Distribution.
Viral Distribution means the retransmission and/or redistribution of a Subscription Title after delivery by ADSI to a Subscriber, either by ADSI or by the Subscriber, by any method, including, but not limited to: (i) peer-to-peer file sharing as such practice is commonly understood in the online context, (ii) digital file copying or retransmission, or (iii) burning, downloading or other copying to any removable medium (such as DVD) from the initial download targeted by the Subscription Service and distribution of copies of a Subscription Title on any such removable medium.
