Special Distribution definition

Special Distribution has the meaning set forth in Section 11.4.

Examples of Special Distribution in a sentence

  • The Trustee shall mail notice of each Special Payment and the Special Distribution Date therefor to the Certificateholder of this Certificate.

  • All income and earnings from such investments shall be distributed on such Special Distribution Date as part of such Special Payment.

  • If a Regular Distribution Date or Special Distribution Date is not a Business Day, distribution shall be made on the immediately following Business Day with the same force and effect as if made on such Regular Distribution Date or Special Distribution Date and no interest shall accrue during the intervening period.

  • Any investment made pursuant to this Section 4.04 shall be in such Permitted Investments having maturities not later than the date that such moneys are required to be used to make the payment required under Section 4.02 on the applicable Special Distribution Date and the Trustee shall hold any such Permitted Investments until maturity.

Special Distribution has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 8(a)(iii).
