Optioned Shares definition

Optioned Shares means Common Shares that may be issued in the future to a Service Provider upon the exercise of an Option;
Optioned Shares means the Common Stock subject to an Option.

  • During the applicable post-Continuous Service Status exercise period (as set forth in the Award Agreement), the Option may not be exercised for more than the number of vested Optioned Shares for which the Option is at the time exercisable.
