Vendor Group Company definition

Vendor Group Company means any one of them;
Vendor Group Company means the Vendor, the Warrantor, any holding company from time to time of the Vendor (including the Warrantor) and any subsidiary from time to time of the Vendor or any of its holding company (but excluding the Purchaser, any of the Purchaser’s subsidiaries, and the Target Group); and
Vendor Group Company means Unicom Group, any subsidiary from time to time of Unicom Group (but excluding the Purchaser, the subsidiaries of the Purchaser from time to time and the Target Group Companies); and

  • Promoter Group means an immediate relative of the Promoter (i.e. spouse of that person, or any parent, brother, sister or child of the person or of the spouse); persons whose shareholding is aggregated for the purpose of disclosing in the offer document “shareholding of the promoter group”.

  • Company Subsidiary means a Subsidiary of the Company.

  • Acquired Corporations means the Company and each of its Subsidiaries, collectively.

  • Group Entity means any of the Company and Subsidiaries of the Company.
