Buyer’s Group definition
Buyer’s Group means the Buyer, any subsidiary of the Buyer, any holding company of the Buyer and any subsidiary of any holding company of the Buyer, from time to time.
Buyer’s Group means the Buyer, its Affiliates from time to time and all of them and each of them as the context admits;
Buyer’s Group means the Buyer, its parent undertakings, and any subsidiary undertakings of such parent undertakings from time to time.

The Buyer and any other member of the Buyer’s Group will take or otherwise procure that reasonable steps are taken to avoid or mitigate any Losses which it and/or they may suffer in consequence of the fact(s) or matter(s) giving rise to any claim, other than in respect of the Tax Covenant which shall be governed by the terms set out therein.

Buyer’s Group means the Buyer and the Buyer’s Group Undertakings;
