Valid CDL definition

Valid CDL means a CDL issued to an Examiner for the class of vehicle, with any necessary endorsement, required to operate a CMV for which the Examiner intends to administer CDL skills tests. "Valid CDL" does not include:¶
Valid CDL means a person has been issued a CDL in the classification for which the person will be administering CDL skills tests and with all required endorsements. Such license must not be currently expired, suspended, revoked, cancelled, or otherwise withdrawn in any jurisdiction. This term does not include a grant of driving privileges issued as a permit.

  • Licensed Compound means (a) 3,4-Diaminopyridine, the chemical structure of which is set forth on Exhibit B-2; and (b) any derivatives, isomers, metabolites, prodrugs, acid forms, base forms, salt forms, or modified versions of such compound in (a).

  • Diagnostic Product means an assemblage of reagents, including but not limited to reagents packaged in the form of a kit, useful in performing a Licensed Service.

  • Hemp products or “hemp-infused products” means all products with the federally defined tetrahydrocannabinol concentration level for hemp derived from, or made by, processing hemp plants or plant parts that are prepared in a form available for commercial sale, including cosmetics, personal care products, food intended for animal or human consumption, cloth, cordage, fiber, fuel, paint, paper, construction materials, plastics, and any product containing one or more hemp-derived cannabinoids, such as cannabidiol.

  • Patent Rights means the rights and interests in and to issued patents and pending patent applications (which, for purposes of this Agreement, include certificates of invention, applications for certificates of invention and priority rights) in any country or region, including all provisional applications, substitutions, continuations, continuations-in-part, continued prosecution applications including requests for continued examination, divisional applications and renewals, and all letters patent or certificates of invention granted thereon, and all reissues, reexaminations, extensions (including pediatric exclusivity patent extensions), term restorations, renewals, substitutions, confirmations, registrations, revalidations, revisions and additions of or to any of the foregoing, in each case, in any country.

  • Licensed Patents means the patent applications and patents listed in Exhibit A, together with any and all substitutions, extensions, divisionals, continuations, continuations-in-part (to the extent that the claimed subject matter of a continuation-in-part is disclosed and enabled in the parent patent application and is not, as of the Effective Date, obligated to a third party), foreign counterparts of such patent applications in the Licensed Territory, and any and all patents that issue on any one or more of those in the Licensed Territory including reexamined and reissued patents.

  • Licensed Patent means Stanford's rights in U.S. Patent Application, Serial Number , filed , any foreign patent application corresponding thereto, and any divisional, continuation, or reexamination application, extension, and each patent that issues or reissues from any of these patent applications. Any claim of an unexpired Licensed Patent is presumed to be valid unless it has been held to be invalid by a final judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction from which no appeal can be or is taken. “Licensed Patent” excludes any continuation-in-part (CIP) patent application or patent.

  • Licensed Field of Use means all fields.

  • Proprietary product means a manufactured component or other product that is produced by a private person. It may be protected by patent, trademark or copyright.

  • Licensee Technology means the Licensee Know-How and Licensee Patents.

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Licensed Technology means the Licensed Patents and the Licensed Know-How.

  • Tobacco product means any substance containing tobacco leaf, including but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, snuff, chewing tobacco, dipping tobacco, bidis, blunts, clove cigarettes, or any other preparation of tobacco; and any product or formulation of matter containing biologically active amounts of nicotine that is manufactured, sold, offered for sale, or otherwise distributed with the expectation that the product or matter will be introduced into the human body by inhalation; but does not include any cessation product specifically approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use in treating nicotine or tobacco dependence.

  • Marijuana product means marijuana as defined in 50-32-101 and marijuana-infused products

  • Therapeutic school means a residential group living facility:
