Required Endorsements definition

Required Endorsements has the meaning set forth in Section 20.16(a)(i).
Required Endorsements means the following ALTA endorsements (to the extent legally available in the jurisdiction in which the Real Property is located): (a) Form 9 - Comprehensive (modified as appropriate for an owner’s policy); (b) Form 3.1 Zoning (including parking and loading); (c) survey endorsement; (d) access endorsement; (e) if the land on which the Property is located consists of more than one parcel, a contiguity endorsement; and (f) a tax parcel endorsement.
Required Endorsements means: (a) with respect to any Mortgage Note related to a Third-Party Originated Mortgage Loan, the endorsement pursuant to applicable Law of such Mortgage Note by the original payee and any and all subsequent holders thereof prior to the purchase of such Mortgage Note by Seller; and (b) with respect any Mortgage Note related to a Third-Party Originated Mortgage Loan or a Seller Originated Mortgage Loan, at Bank’s election, either (i) the endorsement pursuant to applicable Law of such Mortgage Note in blank by Seller (which may, in Bank’s discretion, be evidenced by an original allonge, in form and content acceptable to Bank, executed by Seller and affixed to such Mortgage Note) or (ii) no endorsement of such Mortgage Note by Seller, if Bank shall have received and accepted a valid power of attorney, in form and content satisfactory to Bank, authorizing Bank to endorse such Mortgage Note for and on behalf of Seller (provided that prior to any delivery of such Mortgage Note by Bank to a Take-Out Purchaser, such Mortgage Note shall be endorsed in favor of such Take-Out Purchaser by Bank as agent for Seller under such power of attorney).

More Definitions of Required Endorsements

Required Endorsements means, with respect to any Mortgage Note, at Bank’s election, either: (a) the endorsement pursuant to applicable Law of such Mortgage Note in blank by Seller (which may, in Bank’s discretion, be evidenced by an original allonge, in form and content acceptable to Bank, executed by Seller and affixed to such Mortgage Note); or (b) no endorsement of such Mortgage Note by Seller, if Bank shall have received and accepted a valid power of attorney, in form and content satisfactory to Bank, authorizing Bank to endorse such Mortgage Note for and on behalf of Seller (provided that prior to any delivery of such Mortgage Note by Bank to a Take-Out Purchaser, such Mortgage Note shall be endorsed in favor of such Take-Out Purchaser by Bank as agent for Seller under such power of attorney).
Required Endorsements means an ALTA Comprehensive 1 endorsement, a survey endorsement specifically insuring Bank that the survey required herein is accurate and accurately depicts the same real estate covered by the Title Insurance Policy, an access endorsement, a usury endorsement, a variable rate endorsement, endorsements for future advances under the Mortgage, endorsements for mechanics' and materialmen's liens, and any other endorsements of the Title Insurance Policy required by Bank.

Required Endorsements means the following endorsements with respect to each Transferred Owned Real Property: (i) Owner’s Comprehensive; (ii) Zoning; (iii) Restrictions, Encroachments and Minerals; (iv) Access; (v) Tax Lot; (vi) Contiguity; (vii) Creditors Rights; (viii) Location; (ix) Survey, and (x) such other endorsements as Purchaser may reasonably require;
Required Endorsements means to the extent applicable and available in the jurisdiction where the Property is located, the issuance of the following endorsements: ALTA “contiguity”, “extended coverage”, “access”, “gap coverage”, “legal same as survey”, “owner’s comprehensive”, “separate tax lot”, “subdivision”, “waiver of arbitration”, “zoning” (ALTA 3.1 with parking), ALTA 9.2 and “location”.
Required Endorsements means each of the following endorsements to the owner's title policy to be issued by the Title Company as contemplated herein: (a) separate tax parcel, (b) legal subdivision, (c) access, (d) zoning 3.1 (including parking), (e) same as survey, (f) affirmative coverage that Zurich American Insurance Company and TCI Great Lakes, Inc. have waived their purchase options under their respective Leases with respect to the sale contemplated herein, and (g) contiguity between the fee parcels. Such Required Endorsements shall be in the form as may be acceptable to Purchaser, as determined prior to the Due Diligence Termination Date.
Required Endorsements means with respect to Buyer’s Title Policy, the absence of a general survey exception, the inclusion of a land same as survey endorsement, the inclusion of an access endorsement, the inclusion of a zoning endorsement including parking, and insuring against any changes in the state of facts shown since the date of the Existing Survey.
