Trustee Documents definition

Trustee Documents the collective reference to the Indenture, the notes issued thereunder and the Subordinated Security Documents.
Trustee Documents means those Transaction Documents entered into by the Trustee, consisting of this Indenture, the Proceeds Disbursing Agreement, the Disbursement Monitoring Agreement and the Trustee Services Agreement.
