Trustee Documents definition

Trustee Documents the collective reference to the Indenture, the notes issued thereunder and the Subordinated Security Documents.

Trustee Documents means those Transaction Documents entered into by the Trustee, consisting of this Indenture, the Proceeds Disbursing Agreement, the Disbursement Monitoring Agreement and the Trustee Services Agreement.

Trustee Documents as defined in Section 2.1 of the Trust Agreement. "U.C.C." -- the Uniform Commercial Code in effect in the applicable jurisdiction.

• No consent, approval or authorization of, or registration with or notice to any Federal or State banking authority is required for the execution, delivery or performance by the Trustee of the Trustee Documents.

• This fee is not refundable after your section of the class has met.

• The execution and delivery of the Trustee Documents by the Trustee, and compliance with the provisions thereof will not contravene the Articles of Association or Bylaws of the Trustee or any law or regulation governing the banking and trust powers of the Trustee or, to our knowledge, any indenture, mortgage, deed of trust, resolution, note agreement or other agreement or instrument to which the Trustee is a party or by which the Trustee is bound.
