Security Document. The Parties agree that this Amendment shall be deemed a “Security Document” for the purposes of and as defined in the First Lien Intercreditor Agreement (and for no other purpose) and that, accordingly, all rights, duties, privileges, protections and benefits of the Collateral Agent set forth in the First Lien Intercreditor Agreement are hereby incorporated by reference.
Security Document. This Agreement is a Security Document executed pursuant to the Amended Credit Agreement and shall (unless otherwise expressly indicated herein) be construed, administered and applied in accordance with the terms and provisions thereof.
Security Document. Any Security Document or any material provision thereof shall cease to be in full force or effect (other than pursuant to the terms hereof or thereof or as a result of acts or omissions of the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent or any Lender), or any grantor, pledgor or mortgagor thereunder or any Credit Party shall deny or disaffirm in writing any grantor’s, pledgor’s or mortgagor’s obligations under such Security Document; or

New Borrower is, simultaneously with the execution of this Agreement, executing and delivering (i) a Security Document which encumbers certain real property owned by New Borrower and (ii) such other documents and instruments as requested by the Administrative Agent in accordance with the Loan Agreement. New Borrower acknowledges and agrees that from and after the date of this Agreement, such real property referred to in item (i) of the immediately preceding sentence shall be a Property under the Loan Agreement.
Security Document. This Pledge Agreement is a Security Document executed pursuant to the Collateral Trust Agreement and shall (unless otherwise expressly indicated herein) be construed, administered and applied in accordance with the terms and provisions thereof.
Security Document. (a) This Agreement is a Security Document executed pursuant to the Indenture and shall (unless otherwise expressly indicated herein) be construed, administered and applied in accordance with the terms and provisions thereof.
