Trust Data definition

Trust Data shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 2.04 of this Agreement.
Trust Data shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 3 of this Agreement. THIS DOCUMENT CONSTITUTES CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION OF SEI GLOBAL SERVICES, INC.
Trust Data means all information with respect to the Trusts’ business, financials, and customers, and Market Data provided by a Trust and all output and derivatives thereof (including back-up data), necessary to enable DST to perform the Services, but excluding DST Property.

Examples of Trust Data in a sentence

  • All Trust Data shall be provided to the Administrator on a timely basis and in a format and medium reasonably requested by the Administrator from time to time.

  • The Trust shall have an ongoing obligation to promptly update all Trust Data so that such information remains complete and accurate.

  • Check before sending that if the email contains personally identifiable information that the information is being processed lawfully, complies with the Privacy Notice (See Appendix 3) and if in doubt contact the Trust Data Protection Officer.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Administrator shall not be responsible for any breach in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement due to (i) the failure or delay of the Trust or its agents to perform its obligations under this Agreement or (ii) the Administrator’s reliance on the Trust Data.

  • If a breach of personal data occurs or is suspected to have occurred, academies must contact the Trust Data Protection Officer immediately.

  • The Administrator shall be entitled to rely on all Trust Data and shall have no liability for any loss, damage or expense incurred by any Fund or any other Person to the extent that such loss, damage or expense arises out of or is related to Trust Data that is not timely, current, complete and accurate.


More Definitions of Trust Data

Trust Data means all data, records, reports, calculations, and other information and materials received from, or maintained, processed, created, or stored for or on behalf of the Trust or its Affiliates in connection with this Agreement, including data generated or processed using the Services (both input and output), whether by or on behalf of the Trust, its Affiliates and/or third party service providers.
Trust Data means, collectively, the Front End Data and the Trust Settings.

Related to Trust Data

  • Student Data means personally identifiable information, as defined in Section 2-d, from student records that Vendor may receive from the District pursuant to the Master Agreement.

  • Cost data means factual information concerning the cost of labor, material, overhead, and other cost elements which are expected to be incurred or which have been actually incurred by the contractor in performing the contract.

  • input data means data provided to or directly acquired by an AI system on the basis of which the system produces an output;

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • Residual Information means the ideas, know-how, methods, and techniques that would be retained in the unaided memory of an ordinary person skilled in the art, not intent on appropriating the Confidential Information of the Disclosing Party, as a result of such person's access to, use, review, evaluation, or testing of the Confidential Information of the Disclosing Party. A person's memory is "unaided" if such person has not intentionally memorized the Confidential Information for the purpose of retaining and subsequently using or disclosing it.

  • Certificate Administrator’s Website The internet website of the Certificate Administrator, initially located at xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx.

  • Support Data means statistical data, books and records of account, personnel files and other materials and information regarding compliance with antidiscrimination and contract compliance statutes;

  • Related provider trust means a titling trust or other trust established by a licensed viatical settlement provider or a financing entity for the sole purpose of holding the ownership or beneficial interest in purchased policies in connection with a financing transaction. The trust shall have a written agreement with the licensed viatical settlement provider under which the licensed viatical settlement provider is responsible for ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements and under which the trust agrees to make all records and files related to viatical settlement transactions available to the commissioner as if those records and files were maintained directly by the licensed viatical settlement provider.

  • Certificate Administrator means the certificate administrator appointed as provided in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • Database means the Commercial Driver Alcohol and Drug Testing Database of the Office of Driver Services of the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration.

  • Master Trust Agreement means the Second Amended and Restated Trust Agreement, dated as of May 8, 2019, between Verizon ABS II LLC, as depositor, and the Master Trust Owner Trustee, as amended, restated, supplemented or modified from time to time.

  • Lead Securitization Trust means the Securitization Trust created in connection with the Lead Securitization.

  • CREFC® Servicer Remittance to Certificate Administrator Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Interest Servicer Remittance to Certificate Administrator Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
