Any notice required to be delivered to the Certificateholders pursuant to this Article XII shall be delivered by the Certificate Administrator by posting such notice on the Certificate Administrator’s Website, by mailing such notice to the Certificateholders’ addresses appearing in the Certificate Register in the case of Definitive Certificates and by delivering such notice via the Depository in the case of Book-Entry Certificates.
