Support Data definition

Support Data means statistical data, books and records of account, personnel files and other materials and information regarding compliance with antidiscrimination and contract compliance statutes;
Support Data means all data, including all text, sound, video, image files, or software, that are provided to Microsoft by or on behalf of Customer (or that Customer authorizes Microsoft to obtain from an Online Service) through an engagement with Microsoft to obtain technical support for Online Services covered under this agreement. Support Data is a subset of Professional Services Data.
Support Data means information that Supplier collects when Cisco submits a request for support services or other troubleshooting, including information about hardware, software and other details related to the support incident, such as authentication information, information about the condition of the product, system and registry data about software installations and hardware configurations, and error-tracking files. Support Data is Protected Data.

Support Data means Usage Data that is collected when a Circuit User submits a support request, including information about the Circuit User’s hardware and software environment when the fault occurred, and other related details, such as contact or authentication information, chat session personalization, data resulting from diagnostics, system and registry data about software installations, hardware configurations, and error-tracking files or screenshots.
Support Data means Usage Data that is collected when a Unify Cloud Services User submits a support request, including information about the Unify Cloud Services User’s hardware and software environment when the fault occurred, and other related details, such as contact or authentication information, chat session personalization, data resulting from diagnostics, system and registry data about software installations, hardware configurations, and error-tracking files or screenshots.
Support Data means all data, including all text, sound, video, image files, or software, that are provided to Publisher by or on behalf of Customer (or that Customer authorizes Publisher to obtain from an Offering) through an engagement with Publisher to obtain technical support for the Offering covered under this Agreement.
Support Data means all data that is provided to iManage, by or on behalf of Customer (or that Customer authorizes iManage to obtain from the Cloud Services), through an engagement with iManage to obtain Support Services.

Riverbed does not intentionally collect or process Personal Data via Troubleshooting Files; however, unsolicited Personal Data may be contained in Troubleshooting Files. Troubleshooting Files generally contain technical information such as device configuration, product identification numbers, serial numbers, host names, device IP/MAC addresses, sysinfo (CPU and disk usage), interface health, etc.
