Lead Servicer means the servicer and/or special servicer designated under the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

Lead Servicer means the master servicer designated under the Note A-1 PSA.

More Definitions of Lead Servicer

Lead Servicer means the master servicer designated under the Lead Securitization PSA.

Lead Servicer means (a) during the period from and after the WFCM 2016-NXS6 Securitization Date and prior to the Note A-1 Securitization Date, the servicer and/or special servicer designated under the WFCM 2016-NXS6 PSA and (b) from and after the Note A-1 Securitization Date, the servicer and/or special servicer designated under the Note A-1 PSA.

Lead Servicer means the master servicer designated under the JPMDB 2017-C7 PSA.

Lead Servicer means (a) during the period from and after the First Non-Lead Note Securitization and prior to the Note A-1 Securitization, the servicer and/or special servicer designated under the Interim Servicing Agreement and (b) from and after the Note A-1 Securitization, the servicer and/or special servicer designated under the Note A-1 TSA.
