Transition-Out Period definition

Transition-Out Period means a period of up to six months as agreed between the Contractor and the Customer.
Transition-Out Period has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 10(f).
Transition-Out Period means the period from the Expiry Date or date of notification of termination of this Agreement during which the Transition Out Plan is carried out to the satisfaction of the State.
