To the extent permitted by the time for compliance under the Act or the Regulations, the Authority shall consult the Contractor where the Authority is considering the disclosure of Information under the Act or the Regulations and, in any event, shall provide prior notification to the Contractor of any decision to disclose the Information.
The contractor will include the provisions of paragraphs one through six in every subcontract, including procurements of materials and leases of equipment, unless exempt by the Acts, the Regulations and directives issued pursuant thereto.
Any differences or disagreements arising between the Parties concerning the rights or liabilities under this Contract, or any modifying instrument entered into under Article VIII of this Contract, shall be resolved through the procedures set out in the Regulations.
