Regulations definition

Regulations means the Income Tax Regulations promulgated under the Code, as such regulations may be amended from time to time (including corresponding provisions of succeeding regulations).
Regulations means regulations made under this Act;
Regulations means the regulations made under the Act, as amended, restated or in effect from time to time; and
