Delegated Functions definition

Delegated Functions means a function of the Director or the Lord Chancellor delegated to you by an Authorisation;

Delegated Functions means the functions delegated by NHS England to the ICB under the Delegation and as set out in detail in this Agreement;

Delegated Functions means as specified in the Specification;

Examples of Delegated Functions in a sentence

• We may by written notice suspend your provision of Contract Work and/or Delegated Functions (in whole or in part) for the period specified in such notice and/or impose restrictions on the Contract Work that you may perform.

• In the event CHPW suspends CONTRACTOR’s performance of all or part of a Delegated Function, CHPW reserves the right to suspend CONTRACTOR’s compensation related to the suspended Delegated Function(s) until such time as the non-compliance or deficiency has been resolved to CHPW’s satisfaction.

More Definitions of Delegated Functions

Delegated Functions means functions performed by employees in classifications authorized or delegated under the Child, Family and Community Services Act and Adoptions Act.
