Total Invested Assets definition

Total Invested Assets means, as of any date, as to each Insurance Subsidiary, the amount of such Insurance Subsidiary’s cash and invested assets calculated in accordance with SAP.
Total Invested Assets means, as at any date of determination, the aggregate value of all Borrower's and the Insurance Subsidiaries' portfolios of stocks, bonds, mortgage loans, real estate, policy loans and other assets classified as invested assets under and valued in accordance with SAP as at such date.
Total Invested Assets means, with respect to any date the sum of (i) real estate and acquired in place lease values (net of accumulated depreciation and amortization), (ii) unconsolidated investments, and (iii) loan purchases and originations, in each case, as of such date and as determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

Total Invested Assets means all of Investments of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries not including Indebtedness of any Insurance Subsidiary evidenced by surplus notes held by the Borrower.
