Asset Value definition

Asset Value has the meaning assigned to such term in the Pricing Side Letter.
Asset Value means, with respect to any property or asset of any Consolidated Company as of any particular date, an amount equal to the greater of (i) the then book value of such property or asset as established in accordance with GAAP, and (ii) the then fair market value of such property or asset as determined in good faith by the board of directors of such Consolidated Company.

  • At any time the Trustees may cause the Net Asset Value per Share last determined to be determined again in a similar manner and may fix the time when such redetermined values shall become effective.

More Definitions of Asset Value

Asset Value at any date means the fair market value of assets in a Series representing the purchase price that a willing buyer having all relevant knowledge would pay a willing seller for such assets in an arm’s length transaction, determined by the Managing Member in its sole discretion.

Asset Value means with respect to each Eligible Mortgage Loan, the applicable Purchase Price Percentage for the related Purchased Mortgage Loan multiplied by the lesser of (a) the Market Value of such Mortgage Loan and (b) the outstanding principal balance of such Mortgage Loan.
