Consolidated Assets definition

Consolidated Assets means, at a particular date, all amounts which would be included under total assets on a consolidated balance sheet of the Company and its Subsidiaries as at such date, determined in accordance with GAAP.
Consolidated Assets means the total assets of the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis.

Consolidated Assets means all assets owned directly by the Company or indirectly by the Company through any Subsidiary and reflected on the Company’s consolidated balance sheet prepared in accordance with GAAP.
