Invested Assets definition

Invested Assets means cash, Cash Equivalents, short term investments, investments held for sale and any other assets which are treated as investments under GAAP.
Invested Assets means the sum of the market value of the securities held in the Portfolios, and shall not include cash or cash equivalents.
Invested Assets means, as of the end of any calendar year, the sum of total investments, cash and cash equivalents, accrued investment income and receivables for securities sold, all calculated consistently with the calculation of such items in the audited Consolidated balance sheet of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries for such calendar year.

  • The Corporation may reimburse the Advisor, at the end of each fiscal quarter, for Total Operating Expenses incurred by the Advisor; provided, however that the Corporation shall not reimburse the Advisor at the end of any fiscal quarter for Total Operating Expenses that, in the four consecutive fiscal quarters then ended, exceed the greater of two percent of Average Invested Assets or 25% of Net Income (the “2%/25% Guidelines”) for such year.

More Definitions of Invested Assets

Invested Assets shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2 of this Agreement.
Invested Assets means, as to any Insurance Subsidiary, as of any date, the total amount shown on page 2, column 4, line 9 of the Annual Statement of the Insurance Subsidiary, or an amount determined in a consistent manner for any date other than one as of which an Annual Statement is prepared.
