Third Party Information Providers definition

Third Party Information Providers means those individuals and entities that provide information, goods and services to OTC Markets Group contained in the OTC Feed.
Third Party Information Providers means those individuals and entities that provide information, goods and services to the Exchange, BOX Options Market or Distributor in connection with the creation or dissemination of Market Data. Such information, goods and services shall be included in the definition of Market Data.
Third Party Information Providers means Persons that are not Affiliates of CDS that are the source and/or owner of Data distributed under this Agreement or are involved in any aspect of creating or providing Data distributed under this Agreement. For example, and not as a limitation, this definition includes Persons that are not Affiliates of CDS that create, own, license and/or provide Data to CDS (such as providers of indexes and other values), and Persons whose information or methodology is used to create Data distributed by CDS (such as providers of input data used to calculate indexes or other values), and licensors of indexes used as the underlying for index options, futures or other derivative contracts for which CDS distributes Data.

  • In the event of any misappropriation or misuse, Subscriber agrees that the legal remedies available to OTC Markets Group or its Third Party Information Providers will not be adequate to prevent harm to each of their proprietary rights, and OTC Markets Group and such Third Party Information Providers shall each have the right to obtain injunctive relief or other equitable remedies, individually or collectively, to protect each of their proprietary rights in such Information.

  • The chair of the Publications Committee is responsible for updating the permission to use the Overeaters Anonymous logo pursuant to WSO guidelines.

  • Data Recipient acknowledges and agrees that Third Party Information Providers have exclusive proprietary rights in their respective information and data.

  • Notwithstanding any other term or condition of this Agreement, none of Nasdaq, its Third Party Information Providers (but not other distributors) or Distributor shall be obligated to perform or observe its respective obligations under this Agreement (except for regulatory obligations) if prevented or hindered from doing so by any circumstances found to be beyond its reasonable control.

  • The Exchange shall not be liable to Data Recipient or to any other Person for the unavailability, interruption, delay, incompleteness or inaccuracy of information from the Exchange's Third Party Information Providers.

  • The price quotations, market information, news and research accessible through the IB UK website, through the websites of IB UK Affiliates, or through the other services or facilities provided IB UK or its Affiliates including, without limitation, the "Trader Toolbox" (collectively, "Information") may be prepared by exchanges or other information providers that are independent of IB UK and IB UK's Affiliates ("Third Party Information Providers").

  • Customer agrees not to reproduce, re-transmit, disseminate, sell, distribute, publish, broadcast, circulate or commercially exploit the Information, in any manner, without the express written consent of IB UK, IB UK's Affiliates, or the Third Party Information Providers, as applicable.

  • The Information is the property of IB UK, IB UK's Affiliates, the Third Party Information Providers, or their licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law (e.g., patent, copyright and trademark law).

  • IB UK, its Affiliates, and the Third Party Information Providers do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of the Information.

  • The Exchange’s Third Party Information Providers shall not be liable to Data Recipient or any other person for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, special, punitive, consequential or incidental, relating to inaccurate or incomplete Data or other data or information, or any unavailability, delay, interruption, error or omission in the furnishing thereof, even if the Third Party Information Providers have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Third Party Information Providers means those individuals and entities that provide information, goods and services to Nasdaq in connection with the creation of the Information. Such information, goods and services shall be included in the definition of Information.

Related to Third Party Information Providers

  • Third Party Information means confidential or proprietary information subject to a duty on the Company’s and its affiliates’ part to maintain the confidentiality of such information and to use it only for certain limited purposes.

  • Employee Liability Information means the information which a transferor is obliged to notify to a transferee pursuant to Regulation 11(2) of TUPE regarding any person employed by him who is assigned to the organised grouping of resources or employees which is the subject of a relevant transfer and also such employees as fall within Regulation 11(4) of TUPE;

  • Property Information has the meaning specified in Section 4.03.

  • Access Information means information that alone or together with other information, can provide access to any portion of Your Account, including but not limited to, Your Account number, login names, passwords, credit card or other financial information, security questions and their respective answers, and any other similar information. For the avoidance of doubt, Your Access Information will include any similar information for each of Your Users.

  • Seller Confidential Information has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4.3.

  • Indemnifying Party Information All information in the Prospectus Supplement or any amendment or supplement thereto (i) contained under the headings "Summary--Relevant Parties--Responsible Party "The Mortgage Loan Pool--Underwriting Guidelines" and (ii) regarding the Mortgage Loans, the related mortgagors and/or the related Mortgaged Properties (but in the case of this clause (ii), only to the extent any untrue statement or omission of a material fact arose from or is based upon errors or omissions in the information concerning the Mortgage Loans, the related mortgagors and/or the related Mortgaged Properties, as applicable, provided to the Depositor or any affiliate by or on behalf of the Indemnifying Party), [and static pool information regarding mortgage loans originated or acquired by the seller [and included in the Prospectus Supplement, the Offering Circular or the Comp Materials][incorporated by reference from the Seller's website at [________]].

  • Authority's Confidential Information means all Personal Data and any information, however it is conveyed, that relates to the business, affairs, developments, trade secrets, know-how, personnel, and suppliers of the Authority, including all IPRs, together with all information derived from any of the above, and any other information clearly designated as being confidential (whether or not it is marked "confidential") or which ought reasonably be considered to be confidential;

  • Contractor's Confidential Information means any information, however it is conveyed, that relates to the business affairs, developments, trade secrets, know-how, Contractor’s Personnel and suppliers of the Contractor, including IPRs, together with all information derived from the above, and any other information clearly designated as being confidential (whether or not it is marked as "confidential") or which ought reasonably to be considered to be confidential, including the Commercially Sensitive Information.

  • Suitability information means information that is reasonably appropriate to determine the suitability of a recommendation, including the following:

  • Purchaser Confidential Information means all confidential or proprietary documents and information concerning the Purchaser or any of its Representatives; provided, however, that Purchaser Confidential Information shall not include any information which, (i) at the time of disclosure by the Company, the Seller Representative or any of their respective Representatives, is generally available publicly and was not disclosed in breach of this Agreement or (ii) at the time of the disclosure by the Purchaser or its Representatives to the Company, the Seller Representative or any of their respective Representatives, was previously known by such receiving party without violation of Law or any confidentiality obligation by the Person receiving such Purchaser Confidential Information. For the avoidance of doubt, from and after the Closing, Purchaser Confidential Information will include the confidential or proprietary information of the Target Companies.

  • Security Information means account numbers and/or Username as applicable, passwords and other information required to identify you for the purposes of you trading with us under this Agreement.

  • Supplier's Confidential Information means any information, however it is conveyed, that relates to the business, affairs, developments, trade secrets, Know-How, personnel and suppliers of the Supplier, including IPRs, together with information derived from the above, and any other information clearly designated as being confidential (whether or not it is marked as "confidential") or which ought reasonably to be considered to be confidential;

  • Company Information As defined in Section 4(a)(i).

  • Customer Confidential Information means Confidential Information of the Customer provided to Computershare.

  • Program Information has the meaning set forth in Section 14.8.

  • Buyer Confidential Information shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.

  • Business Confidential Information has the meaning set forth in Section 5.04(a).

  • Confidential Information Breach This shall mean, generally, an instance where an unauthorized person or entity accesses Confidential Information in any manner, including but not limited to the following occurrences: (1) any Confidential Information that is not encrypted or protected is misplaced, lost, stolen or in any way compromised; (2)one or more third parties have had access to or taken control or possession of any Confidential Information that is not encrypted or protected without prior written authorization from the State; (3) the unauthorized acquisition of encrypted or protected Confidential Information together with the confidential process or key that is capable of compromising the integrity of the Confidential Information; or (4) if there is a substantial risk of identity theft or fraud to the Client Agency, the Contractor, DAS or State.

  • Fund Confidential Information means Confidential Information for which the Fund is the Disclosing Party.

  • Customer's Confidential Information means: all Personal Data and any information, however it is conveyed, that relates to the business, affairs, developments, property rights, trade secrets, Know-How and IPR of the Customer (including all Customer Background IPR and Project Specific IPR); any other information clearly designated as being confidential (whether or not it is marked "confidential") or which ought reasonably be considered confidential which comes (or has come) to the Customer’s attention or into the Customer’s possession in connection with this Call Off Contract; and information derived from any of the above;

  • Proprietary and Confidential Information means trade secrets, confidential knowledge, data or any other proprietary or confidential information of the Company or any of its affiliates, or of any customers, members, employees or directors of any of such entities, but shall not include any information that (i) was publicly known and made generally available in the public domain prior to the time of disclosure to Executive by the Company or (ii) becomes publicly known and made generally available after disclosure to Executive by the Company other than as a result of a disclosure by Executive in violation of this Agreement. By way of illustration but not limitation, “Proprietary and Confidential Information” includes: (i) trade secrets, documents, memoranda, reports, files, correspondence, lists and other written and graphic records affecting or relating to any such entity’s business; (ii) confidential marketing information including without limitation marketing strategies, customer and client names and requirements, services, prices, margins and costs; (iii) confidential financial information; (iv) personnel information (including without limitation employee compensation); and (v) other confidential business information.

  • Information Materials has the meaning given that term in Section 9.6.

  • Keeping information confidential means using discretion in disclosing information as well as guarding against unlawful or inappropriate access by others. This includes:

  • Location information means information concerning the location of an electronic device that, in whole or in part, is generated or derived from or obtained by the operation of an electronic device on a cellular telephone network or a location information service rather than obtained from a service provider.

  • Confidential Information has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.

  • Confidential Business Information means any internal, non-public information (other than Trade Secrets already addressed above) concerning the Employer’s financial position and results of operations (including revenues, assets, net income, etc.); annual and long-range business plans; product or service plans; marketing plans and methods; training, educational and administrative manuals; customer and supplier information and purchase histories; and employee lists. The provisions of Sections 6 and 7 shall also apply to protect Trade Secrets and Confidential Business Information of third parties provided to the Employer under an obligation of secrecy.
