Examples of third-country national in a sentence
Only employees who have been designated Third Country National employees shall be eligible for inclusion in the Plan.
Eligible Employee means any person on the active employment rolls of the Employer, who had been designated by the Employer as a Third Country National employee eligible for participation in the Plan.
