The CPM diagram schedule shall be in Calendar Days and indicate duration, earliest and latest start and finish dates for all activities, and total Float Time for all activities except critical activities.
If, on the other hand, the CPM Schedule indicates a completion date later than the Completion Date then in force, the Contractor must accelerate the Work, at no additional cost to the Owner, to achieve completion within the Contract Time.
