Testing Contractor definition

Testing Contractor means such person as may be appointed by the DBFO Co for the time being in accordance with Clause 45.4.1 or 45.4.2.
Testing Contractor means a contractor appointed by the Contractor to carry out, inter alia, any calibration, trial or test as referred to in Clause 22.4 (Trials, Sampling and Testing).
Testing Contractor means Weeks Laboratories Limited of The Oasts, Newnham Court, Bearsted Road, Maidstone, Kent ME14 5LH or such substitute (who shall have operated at least ten site laboratories each of which shall have obtained a Category II (NAMAS or UKAS) accreditation or its equivalent in respect of its calibration/testing capability associated with highway works) as may be appointed by the DBFO Co for the time being in accordance with Clause 45.4.1 or 45.4.2.

  • Plumbing contractor means a licensed master plumber or a person who employs a licensed master plumber full-time to directly supervise the installation of plumbing as his or her representative engaged in the business of plumbing for a fixed sum, price, fee percentage, valuable consideration, or other compensation and who is licensed as a plumbing contractor.

  • O&M Contractor means the person, if any, with whom the Concessionaire has entered into an O&M Contract for discharging O&M obligations for and on behalf of the Concessionaire;

  • Major Subcontractor means a Subcontractor who enters into a Major Subcontract.

  • The Contractor/ Vendor means the individual or firm or company undertaking the works and shall include legal personal representative of individual or composing the firm or company and the permitted assignees of individual or firms of company.

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.
