Term Loan Exchange Agreement definition

Term Loan Exchange Agreement means the Permitted Loan Purchase and Exchange Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, among Inception Parent Inc., Rackspace Technology Global, the Subsidiary Loan Parties party thereto, Citibank, N.A., as Administrative Agent (as defined therein), Citibank, N.A., acting through its agency & trust business, as Collateral Agent (as defined therein), and the Lenders party thereto.
Term Loan Exchange Agreement means that certain Term Loan Exchange Agreement dated as of December 18, 2019, by and among the Borrower and the parties set forth on the signature pages thereto.
