Commitment Increase Agreement definition

Commitment Increase Agreement has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.20.
Commitment Increase Agreement means a Commitment Increase Agreement in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower, which is entered into by and among the Borrower, the Administrative Agent, the Issuing Banks and one or more New Banks and/or Increasing Banks in order to provide for a Commitment Increase.
Commitment Increase Agreement means a Commitment Increase Agreement entered into by a Lender in accordance with Section 2.22 and accepted by the Administrative Agent, the Canadian Administrative Agent or the UK Administrative Agent (as applicable) in the form of Exhibit H or any other form approved by the Administrative Agent, the Canadian Administrative Agent or the UK Administrative Agent (as applicable).

  • This Commitment Increase Agreement may be executed in counterparts (and by different parties hereto on different counterparts), each of which shall constitute an original, but all of which when taken together shall constitute a single contract.
