Support Agreement definition

Support Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

Support Agreement means that certain Support and Expenses Agreement included in Part C of the Series Instrument, by and between Allstate Life and the Trust, as the same may be amended, restated, modified, supplemented or replaced from time to time.

• You may still report Defects to us as set forth in the Maintenance and Support Agreement.

• If the Tyler Software does not perform as warranted, we will use all reasonable efforts, consistent with industry standards, to cure the Defect as set forth in the Maintenance and Support Agreement.

Support Agreement means the Support Agreement dated as of September 26, 1996 between Harley and HDFS evidencing Harley’s agreement to support certain debts of HDFS and its Subsidiaries, together with and as supplemented by the letter agreement dated as of April 29, 2010 to the Global Administrative Agent from Harley and HDFS pursuant to which certain modifications to the above-referenced Support Agreement were agreed to for the benefit of the Global Administrative Agent and the Lenders.
