Tenant’s Permittees definition

Tenant’s Permittees means and includes Tenant, Tenant’s employees, licensees, contractors, subcontractors, representatives, agents, officers, partners, directors, subtenants, sub-subtenants and invitees.
Tenant’s Permittees means any of Tenant’s Agents, permitted subtenants and invitees.

Examples of Tenant’s Permittees in a sentence

  • Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to create liability upon Landlord for any damage to motor vehicles of Tenant’s Permittees, or from loss of property from within such motor vehicles while parked in the Automobile Parking Areas.

  • Tenant shall keep the Premises, Building, and the Project free from any liens arising out of work performed, material furnished, or obligations incurred due to the actions of Tenant or Tenant’s Permittees or the failure of Tenant to comply with any law.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tenant shall promptly deliver to Landlord true copies of all governmental permits and approvals relating to the Handling of Hazardous Substances and all correspondence sent or received by Tenant’s Permittees regarding any Handling of Hazardous Substances in or about the Premises, including, without limitation, inspection reports and citations.

  • Tenant shall keep the Premises, Building, and the Land free from any liens arising out of work performed, material furnished, or obligations incurred due to the actions of Tenant or Tenant’s Permittees or the failure of Tenant to comply with any law.

  • Landlord grants to Tenant and to Tenant’s Permittees, during the term of this Lease, the non-exclusive right to use the Common Areas, in common with Landlord and with others designated by Landlord as being entitled to use the Common Areas, subject to Landlord’s reasonable rules and regulations established from time to time applicable to all tenants concerning the use and operation of the Common Areas.

  • Without in any way diminishing or waiving the limitations on and obligations of Tenant set forth in this Article 44, if Tenant’s Permittees Handle Hazardous Substances in, upon, under or about the Premises, such Handling shall be done in full compliance with all Laws.

  • This obligation of Tenant shall include the repair of any damage occasioned by the installation, maintenance or removal of Tenant’s alterations or Tenant’s Changes, furnishings, and equipment, as well as the removal of any storage tank installed by or for Tenant (whether or not the installation was consented to by Landlord), and the removal, replacement, or remediation of any soil, material or ground water contaminated by Tenant’s Permittees, all as may then be required by applicable Laws.

  • Tenant shall not cause or permit any Hazardous Substance to be Handled in, upon, under or about the Premises (or any part thereof) or any part of the Development by Tenant’s Permittees without the prior written consent of Landlord.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Section 4.4 and so long as Tenant and/or Tenant’s Permittees are the sole occupant(s) of the Premises, Tenant and Tenant’s Permittees shall only be responsible for the requirements of the first sentence of this Section 4.4.

  • Tenant and Tenant’s Permittees shall at all times faithfully observe and strictly comply with the rules and regulations.

Related to Tenant’s Permittees

  • Tenant’s Personal Property means all motor vehicles, Inventories, FAS and any other tangible personal property of Tenant, if any, acquired by Tenant at its election and with its own funds on and after the date hereof and located at the Leased Property or used in Tenant's business at the Leased Property and all modifications, replacements, alterations and additions to such personal property installed at the expense of Tenant, other than any items included within the definition of Proprietary Information.

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Tenant’s Property means Removable Installations and, other than Installations, any personal property or equipment of Tenant that may be removed without material damage to the Premises, and (z) “Installations” means all property of any kind paid for by Landlord, all Alterations, all fixtures, and all partitions, hardware, built-in machinery, built-in casework and cabinets and other similar additions, equipment, property and improvements built into the Premises so as to become an integral part of the Premises, including, without limitation, fume hoods which penetrate the roof or plenum area, built-in cold rooms, built-in warm rooms, walk-in cold rooms, walk-in warm rooms, deionized water systems, glass washing equipment, autoclaves, chillers, built-in plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment and systems, and any power generator and transfer switch.

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • Tenants means the tenants under the Leases.

  • Alterations means all changes, additions, improvements or repairs to, all alterations, reconstructions, renewals, replacements or removals of and all substitutions or replacements for any of the Improvements or Equipment, both interior and exterior, structural and non-structural, and ordinary and extraordinary.

  • Landlords means the landlords under the Leases.

  • Tenant’s Taxes means (a) all taxes, assessments, license fees and other governmental charges or impositions levied or assessed against or with respect to Tenant's personal property or Trade Fixtures in the Premises, whether any such imposition is levied directly against Tenant or levied against Landlord or the Property, (b) all rental, excise, sales or transaction privilege taxes arising out of this Lease (excluding, however, state and federal personal or corporate income taxes measured by the income of Landlord from all sources) imposed by any taxing authority upon Landlord or upon Landlord's receipt of any rent payable by Tenant pursuant to the terms of this Lease ("Rental Tax"), and (c) any increase in Taxes attributable to inclusion of a value placed on Tenant's personal property, Trade Fixtures or Alterations. Tenant shall pay any Rental Tax to Landlord in addition to and at the same time as Base Rent is payable under this Lease, and shall pay all other Tenant's Taxes before delinquency (and, at Landlord's request, shall furnish Landlord satisfactory evidence thereof). If Landlord pays Tenant's Taxes or any portion thereof, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord upon demand for the amount of such payment, together with interest at the Interest Rate from the date of Landlord's payment to the date of Tenant's reimbursement.

  • Specialty Alterations means Alterations consisting of kitchens, executive bathrooms, raised computer floors, computer installations, vaults, libraries, internal staircases, dumbwaiters, pneumatic tubes, vertical and horizontal transportation systems, and other Alterations of a similar character.

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • Leased Premises means the Leased Premises as defined in Paragraph 1.

  • Parking Structure means a Building, or any part thereof, principally used for the parking of motor vehicles;

  • Structural Alterations means any Alterations involving the structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety or heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems of the Building.

  • Protected Space Operations means all Launch or Transfer Vehicle activities, ISS activities, and Payload activities on Earth, in outer space, or in transit between Earth and outer space in implementation of the IGA, MOUs concluded pursuant to the IGA, implementing arrangements, and contracts to perform work in support of NASA's obligations under these Agreements. It includes, but is not limited to:

  • Tenant Party means any of the following persons: Tenant; any assignees claiming by, through, or under Tenant; any subtenants claiming by, through, or under Tenant; and any of their respective agents, contractors, employees, licensees, guests and invitees.

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Demised Premises or “Premises” (and whether or not capitalized) is used herein, it shall be understood to mean the “premises leased hereby”; and whenever the term “Entire Premises” is used herein (and whether or not capitalized), it shall be understood to mean all of the contiguous land and buildings owned by Landlord at this location, which include the premises leased hereby. The term “Non-leased Premises” shall mean the Entire Premises less the Leased Premises.

  • the Premises means the building or part of the building booked and referred to in the contract

  • Tenant Parties means Tenant, any affiliate of Tenant, any permitted subtenant or any other permitted occupant of the Premises, and each of their respective direct or indirect partners, officers, shareholders, directors, members, trustees, beneficiaries, servants, employees, principals, contractors, licensees, agents, invitees or representatives.

  • Leasehold Improvements means all leasehold improvements situated in or on the Leased Real Property and owned by Seller.

  • Condominium Act means Article 9-B of the New York Real Property Law (339-d et seq.) of the State of New York and all modifications, supplements and replacements thereof and all regulations with respect thereto, now or hereafter enacted or promulgated.

  • Tenant’s Work means all improvements, alterations, fixture, equipment, and signage installation, and furniture placement necessary or appropriate for the conduct of the Permitted Use, including all work described as Tenant’s Work on Exhibit D, attached (the “Work Letter”).
